Nursing home conditions

Can we talk about these nursing home condition????

Family members trust us as a healthcare facility to care for their loved ones, and unfortunately facilities have become more business then anything... The staffing ratio is Horrible we barely have the proper supplies needed to do our jobs

the people making the decision don’t even or have never worked in a facility. Marketing is pushed to just fill a bed meanwhile the marketers don’t even have nursing experience to do proper evaluation.

staff are overworked and under paid especially the CNA’s. Now with this virus going around sick residents aren’t being fed so on top of suffocation add dehydration and starvation to it

not enough ppe so staff residents and families are potentially being exposed it’s a mess and no one is doing anything
