My husband doesn’t get it

My husband doesn’t get it. I’m sure he means well but they way this man talks and his demeanor is so horrible guys. Then he will get I guess you want to call it a light bulb goes off then he wanna talk about we need to talk I don’t want to fail, we need counseling blah blah blah he just doesn’t get it. I keep telling him actions speak louder than words but how can you shed some light on someone who doesn’t see what they are doing. I’m tired of asking his family for advice so I’m asking my bloggers please help because I’m about to walk
