Financial Independence

I can not stress the #importance of being financially independent. The freedom of not having to depend on anyone it can not be measured, well it can, monetarily speaking #lol

I now have an understanding of how my EX felt when he was not working and I was taking care of everything financially, even though he held it down in the house. Life has educated me on the importance of having your own money.

Tell you a story, when I had my baby I was off of work for nearly a year, I was blessed to be able to work 3 jobs while I was pregnant and managed to save enough money to be able to maintain all my bills for a year. Which thank goodness for that because right after I gave birth #covid ran rapid.

But not giving anyone the ability to say they gave me this or that or, #Sandy wouldn't be able to do this or that if i hadn't done this for her. So you wonder why Sandy works so hard, it's because I don't want anyone to feel as if they can give and take power from me. one day it's ours next day it's not. I can't handle that back and forth. Just keep it. #fuckyourmoney if you ask me.
